This course is designed for those working as veterinary technicians that need to refresh their knowledge and improve upon their skills in veterinary dentistry.
Students will learn to identify common dental instruments, describe their use, and discuss their necessary maintenance. Additionally, students will learn proper routine dental prophylaxis procedures, dental radiographic techniques, and special techniques such as nerve blocks and root planning. This is a self-paced course that is delivered 100% online. Students may complete the course at their convenience within 12 months of enrollment.
